X1 is made in Taiwan, but that's made by HTC, so I don't know if it counts
All HTC phones are made in Taiwan, as far as I know...

i worked for SonyEricsson (some years ago) with their part-production. (they still doing parts for their phones here i Sweden)
so a ordinary Cybershot is approximately made 50%China & 50%Sweden,(something like that).....then its maybe some more Country involved, not sure though.
the design is mostly made in Lund (Sweden) [Creative Design Center]

The first Xperia of course is outsourced, and almost all of the current low ends are made by Sagem (which is why they have a different 176x220 interface), i.e. F305, T303.
