I would suggest C905. My wife has some good shots of a bike race. They're riding 50 Km/h . I cant post proof till friday .

I laughed at the one who mentioned Innov8. it may be the best camera for image quality but it sucks at fast moving objects. seriously a xenon enabled phone is the one that fits. High ISO on mobile phones is such a gimmick.
