what is the unit of your phone, for me when i had encounter that problem that is when my phone mem or mem. card is full of apps and games in just a single folder or the place it is being saved, what i do is delete or manage my files by transfering it to a folder, a folder must only contain 5 app or games depending on your phone capability. Hope it'll help you.

theres 18mb free phone memory on my w890i. And pleny of memory card space as well so why do i get the message?
my app folder folder on phone memory has 4 files and the games folder has 7 fils in phone memory.

what you mean not compatible? the w890i is capable of downloading right?

Sori for my bad english, what I mean is, maybe you are downloading a file that is not compatible to your fon, are you downloading a games or app? some app work on specific fon and won't work on other.

We can always download invalid file formats thats not an issue. I had similar problem like download failed when I press the link. After I updated the phone it works finely. So give a try on reflashing sure it should be working. Sorry what mobile your're using. I faced the problem with my w995.

seus says i got the latest firmware.
how do i reflash?
now i notice that the delete option is greyed out when i try to delete games/apps from my phone memory. whys that?
