> What can iPAQ do that P800 can't?

Okay guys, here is what I need the PDA or the P800 for... you tell me which one to buy: t68i + iPAQ or P800
1) To read books /PDF, HTML, DOC, TXT/
2) To watch movies /real movies... like The Matrix for example... I can convert it to the appropriate format + I can buy enough memory to save it to/
3) To listen to music /mp3, wav, mid.../ + to record some conversations
4) For games /to play games/
5) To connect to internet
6) To code /I am a programmer, so I'd like to be able to do some coding in the free time/
That's the most I need... so, with few words- it is for my free time, to enjoy!
What do you recommend me now? T68i + iPAQ (for example iPAQ 1910/1915) or P800?

go for the ipaq then. but not the 1910/1915. it lacks expansion capabilities. go for the 54** series. it has bluetooth already.

I just bought a Palm TT so that I can work on office documents. It seems to me that both PPC and Symbian don't have enough applications. Symbian is young for sure, and PPC doesn't offer options for effectively modifying and creating office documents.

My old t68i/3870 ipaq combination was overated. p800 is out about 2months before all the best apps are likely to turn up, but they WILL. & you can while away the time getting to know this nice SMARTPHONE (Smartphone is any combination of mobile phone & pocket computer it does not specifically mean microsoft as stated above by @Marioliuos, the only person on Esato who dislikes p800 although he hasn`t actually got one & probably never tried one). everyone who bought a p8 is at worst pleased with it it seems. even the fact that it`s only going to have a 128mb max size memory card available isn`t a problem because you can just carry several of them (most ipaq users only buy 64 or 128 cards as 512 are to dear) p800 is a business phone with a serious future.

iPaq will give you about 4 hours of battery life... if you can live with that... then go ahead.
I'd go for the P800 or a Palm TT...Clie NX70, or NZ90 would be the best PDA choice for me.
