Well its not as bad as the great storm of 1987. That was really bad we lost over a million trees in that storm i remember it. But there has been flooding too but if your on the south coast you bare the brunt of it all. The news just said the strongest winds recorded were in The Needles down south 100mph

I just seen a photo in The Mail on Sunday paper with a man on a beach in Dorset actually lifted up 3 feet into the air by the strong winds. The photo is fantastic. Dont have a link
