I agree mate. Henry will forever be branded a cheat and he shouldn't plan on ever going to Ireland without facing some sort of retribution. Then again, FIFA need to really sit down & think about it. They should be replaying the game
especially as Henry has admitted he handled it. FIFA & Sepp Blatter & Michel Platini have no spine whatsoever and I agree with the "conspiracy" that the seeding of the draw at the last minute favoured France & Germany... Do you think if Ireland had scored with that handball - firstly, the ref or assistant would have seen it & if they didnt, then secondly, the match would have been replayed.
Call me a cynic but a World Cup without France or Germany would have been a disaster for FIFA so instead they allowed good ol' ROI to be the sufferers.
*Rant Over*

Yes i actually think sometimes the refs go in favour of certain teams. Look at all the bad luck England have had going out on certain matches in the past. But the difference between Ireland and England is Ireland play with passion and normally play a good game they are just unlucky

Proud to of Irish blood

Which of the eight groups at the 2010 FIFA World Cup is most difficult?
Quote taken from Fifa.com
it seems to me that all the eight groups are equally difficult, but if i have to make a pick i would say Group G

yeah and i think the only real opponent for England is USA but with 8 wins it shouldn't be any problem for The Three Lions

If England come across Germany again they have to do another 5-1

o so wrong! id be weary of slovenia and the usa.
its football. anything can happen!
and lets face it, England hasnt exactly played as well as their team sheet suggests they should over the past few years! sure they had a good qualification stage, but other than that, again, they havnt done much recently.

The WC2010 will be wonderful, its always unpredictable, look at this years CL. International matches are much more competitive these days, its rare that we see any drubbings. It will come down to experience in which case teams like France, Italy and Germany will be dangerous despite them being 'poor and old'. There is a lot of talent on show as well i.e. Leo Messi and Drogba who can change matches just like that. England have a great shout especially with Capello but I wonder if they can hack it mentally.
