CPW customers services are *awful*.. Seems like the place is run by complete morons with no idea of what customer service actually is. I had them with Vodafone and couldn't believe the utter shitness of the whole company. Can you believe it took me 3 (yes, three) calls for them to cancel my contract?As the previous two chimps I'd talked to had lied to me when they said it was cancelled..

BIT OF ADVICE: STAY AWAY FROM CPW VODA/O2 - THEY FCUKING SHITE.

Next time dont go 2 CPW 2 get an o2 cotract just come 2 an o2 shop and none of those probs and shit would happen oh and GPRS does work and so does mms, as i use both at work every at my shop oh and i have a T610 with gpr and mms This message was posted from a T610

Yeah, I suspect that whole 'Can't have GPRS and MMS at the same time' thing is a CPW O2 billing/technical issue. Bit like when Vodafone retail had GPRS and Vodafone CPW didn't. When you have different service providers the service can vary enormously.

My O2 GPRS was working fine on my t610 until the phone broke, however I kept getting an internal error everytime I wanted to send an MMS. Really dont understand why as it works on my t68i and I was using exactly the same settings. This message was posted from a T68i
