As close as possible to a "real" keyboard ? HTC Touch Pro, as mentioned before
, have a look at it, not on pics, but in a shop, to get the right feel, great typing device !

The phone in your avatar is still my favorite QWERTY phone. Small keys but still easy to hit the right ones when typing fast. If I could just find a good audio book player for it...

Right i see here is the Touch pro 2 and the keyboard does seem pretty good
