I think the worst phone SE ever released was C905 - at least build wise. Two brand new units broke within a month of usage, I gave up and got a Samsuck.

Yup, the C905 was a joke. Such a great phone...such an appaling build quality. I gave up on the third repair and threw it away...still with a year's contract left to pay on the damn thing!!

I agree. My X10i feels more solid compared to my previous phone which is a Satio. I also love W995's built

Overall I think they have made major improvements on build quality. They've had some excellently built phone in the past though, my T610i and W890i were beautifully built. My daughter is now using the W890i and it is well built.

I also think the T650i (I may have a wrong model number but it was that one with a green or blue bottom), the K800i, K810i, W880i and W995i were also nicely done.

Been using the P1i for over 2 years and I rate it as the best P-series phone in build quality.

Clearly the negative feedback on their previous sub-standard build quality was taken to heart and they have rectified that.

My previous , a K550, the phone was pretty sturdy but bits of the paint on the front panel peeled off, maybe because after being dropped a countless amount of times. It does have a squeaky back though.

The build quality on the Hazel is pretty impressive, considering it's made out of recycled plastic, it does feel really good.

ARGH I am so angry right now.

My Zylo, which has been well looked after (its like 99% perfect) has just broken.

I slid up the screen to read a message and the screen went blank. So i guessed it was a glitch and took the battery out. I put it back in and turned it on and the screen was working fine...whew.

Then i slid the screen back up and all the colours went strange and it started to flicker.

Now i can only get the screeen to work if i never slide it up, if i slide it up the screen goes blank and stays blank even when it slides back down (requiring a battery removal).

I've only had the phone a few weeks and never dropped it or even got a scratch on it.

So the answer is 'NO' sony ericsson build quality is still as crappy as ever (at least on its slider phones).
