I think my Hazel has the same problem. My phone says that the current software version is 1231-9304 R7CA064 100708. I just wanted to know if I the correct cda-number is 1231-9304 and cda-revision R8A.

That depends on the region you are in . The CDA info tells SEUS what firmware to download to your phone, if branded or not and what languages should be available.

After customizing I got 3 problems:
I can't update or repair the phone with SEUS and PC Suite. The update service in the phone menu also gives an error.
When I connect the phone to a computer with USB cable, it asks me to install PC Companion, although I already have one. Reinstalling also doesn't help.
MyPhoneExplorer can't connect even when I'm using Bluetooth, although PC Suite can.
I got R8A from Omnius and 1231-9304 when I checked firmware version from my phone. Is it possible that uploading this CDA information will fix those problems?
EDIT: I tried it. It didn't fix the problem.

I updated with wotan server to its latestest firmware (R8BA024).
but after update i still think that for future it can't be updated via SEUS,
it seems like flashing with XS++ or any other software.
i also wanna know after using wotan server, can i use SEUS for future updates ?

I suggest you use Omnius.
Install Omnius then above, on the left side select your phone. Now press the "flash" button and a menu appears.
On the bottom it says "Preform default customization" , select "generic India" and then ok. Connect the phone and you're done. Update via SEUS.
Oh and before you do any of these you need to create an account and the first thing after that, when you open Omnius, you have three buttons above (Actions, Server, Omnius). Select "Server" then "Server Settings" and input your user name and password. Then go back to "Actions" and follow what I wrote above

omnius has more options like unloking phones, write/read scripts etc. but aren't all free, when is about flashing it's same, just for wotan you don't need to know cda number, just select language, i don't know which fw you should select but you can always change it without harm your phone
