Square screens were popular amongst the old Nokia S30 phones like the 7250i and 6230/6230i, and there were also a few Windows Mobiles that had square screens, e.g. Samsung i780 with its 320x320 screen, but yeah, not a very popular display type especially in multimedia devices as media these days is done in 16:9 widescreen, so will be interesting to see how its implemented in the QWERTY BB10s.

Yeah its not the best resolution for videos, wallpapers etc
So none of the new BB10 devices will have physical keyboard and touchscreen like the Bold 9900? Thats a winning combination imo!

I am desperatively waiting for BB10 handsets, the OS of BB10 handset is enhanced a lot in speed and functionality. The cost of BB10 handsets may vary according to their specifications.

Can't wait to see the devices.I didn't care much about the BB because the performance was generaly poor.It's like a Nokia before WP all over again!

I've had enough with android, ios and wp so, my upgrade is due in feb it will be to whatever new bb10 takes my fancy.
