Question lang po. Di ba Semicon ang authorized SE dealer? Why is it that mas maraming available na accessories ang Memo Express like the MCA 25 and T68i holsters in which Semicon have no stock?

Talaga? Nagkaroon kayo ng mga masasamang karanasan doon sa store na yun? Well, lucky I am. Nung nagpaupgrade kasi ako ng phone which is a T68ie, because it has that chinese characters on its keys, maayos naman yung naging result. In fact, I am well contented on the service I received. Wala pa namang nagiging problema so far at nagpa-upgrade ako ng aking unit noong February ,I supposed and nakuha kong version e yung R6 something.

well, i don't have any bad experiences with that shop. in fact they were very gracious to help me with my inqiries...

well, not everyday is a sunny day...

that's the bright side of it.

actually they were very accomodating. they even volunteered to help me set up things in my T68.

lets not only look at the bad side... they are good people too you know...

don't you ever dare! i've been there to have my t68ie upgrade its memory to 1mb (which i know na hindi pwede). that guy, upgraded my phone to r6a na sabi ko, pag hindi nagincrease yung capacity, i won't pay for the upgrade. he agreed. he flashed my phone, and guess what, di nila naayos. in other words, upgraded my phone for free.

then, later on, arnel ignacio came to have his p800 fixed. pero, wala talaga siyang alam, instead of fixing the phone, he installed the game MIB. duhh!

I was there this morning to upgrade a T68mci armed with all comments mentioned in this thread. I was there to give the guy a test without sounding so imposing.

To be fair, a certain Gerry was very accomodating and he asked me if I had backed up my data just for any eventuality. He also mentioned to me that the latest firmware was R7A and I asked him if it were the R7A005, R7A013 or the R7015. Sensing that I knew a lot about the T68, he verified from inside what exactly they had. After confirming that it was the R7A013, he started asking me questions about the differences and its advantages. This started a conversation which led to SE's history to the latest models, he, being humble enough to listen to me.

We parted in a gracious manner and I felt like a satisfied customer especially with the free upgrade and the lively conversation.

People change... let's hope that they continue to improve... it's for OUR benefit that they do.
