simunlock@t-mobile.com was rejected ... message "The recipient name is not recognized".
Anyone knows what's the correct email address?

that email address has been deactivated for a long time now. call customer care and they will fill out a tk for you which will be sent to the simunlock team. then, the simunlock team will email you the unlock code/instructions.
