Idea dosen't yet offer GPRS in AP. I am using the same WAP settings to connect to my POP3 server.

The signal strength is as good as my previous phone(Nokia 9210i).

hi to njain. would request you to read the previous posts and give us some inputs. specially about gprs connections, email settings as also signal strength. avinash....that means with no gprs u r using a data connection to dial your isp and connect. am i right? yes i know with dial up there are no problems with pop email do let me know. i faced the same problem with hutch (NO GPRS). switched to Airtel
GPRS rocks. I can open any site and can send im's to anybody

I am Mohan from India Hutch . I am using P800 for GPRS testing . Basically I done all the configuration by connecting to PC using USB port . I am able to transfor the data from pc to mobile and vice versa . Now I am testing dialup connectivity , but I couldn't success . Is there anybody tested this , If so pl let me know how to setup dialup connection .

i have a t68i for the last 8 months...
no plans to upgrade to a p800

i have gprs
its pretty cooool
but email settings are a pain
u cannot as of yet retreive emails... on hutch gprs
wonder why

hello.....i have been using se p800for the past one year and now am on p900 along with bluespoon chameleon. am from calcutta and on airtel. gprs works like a charm....mms, email, opera and all.

am also having a t68i and email works just fine on this one too

trancetripper....u need to get hutch www access through gprs for retrieving email.
