Vodafone are the only provider in the UK to offer two SIMs on the same account - and it costs an extra £10-£20 or so per month, plus other restrictions.

I've heard tell that, while you certainly can clone your SIM and use it, eventually you get a phone call from your SP's security branch, either asking you to stop, or informing you of a court summons. It seems they can tell, the cloning misses at least one important piece of identifying data. Unfortunately it is illegal to do, even for personal use, and much as i'd love to have all my phones on my main account, so i can simply turn one off and another on without swapping SIM's out, i don't want the hassle of having my main contract cancelled, or worse

try sim doctor. it is a sim card reader writer, comes w 1 blank sim card which can hold up to 6 or 8 different individual numbers, to be activated by their pin when phone is started / booted up. the reader / writer comes w the complete software to collect your data from the original sim and stores it in a file on your pc. ( takes around 2 hours a number ! ) do NOT give your sim away to do this job!!!
the sim doctor is selling in twn for around 60 usd.incl. blank card for 6 numbers. a blank card alone for around 35 usd
great tool!!

I am very interested in doing the same as the guy who doesnt want to carry around his P800 all the time. I checked with my carrier and they don't offer twin SIMs...is there any other options available or are the ones below still my best bet?

i think its alot easier just to take the sim out and put it in another phone. I di it all the time swapping between my 6600, SPV and T610

I am very interested in getting my sim cloned as orange (UK) wont give me a second one. On the sim doctor site ( http://www.gsm-technology.com[....]p/en_US,details,id_pr,683.html ) it says

Please note that this reader are working with 128COMP-V1 Card. If your operator are using 128COMP-V2 for crypting KI key then it will be not possible to copy such card by this or any other device.

What does this mean and how can I tell if my orange sim is a 128COMP-V1 Card.

Thanks

This mean, robcoh, that you will destroy your sim if is V2 version. I think that your is just v2. I've 4 sim cards (1post an 3pre-paid) and only one of them is in v1 version (post paid - 4 years old sim:)

So I can't copy all of them to one card and use in one phone:( and must to juggle sometimes:)
