AvantGo does not use WAP protocol, so your connections won't be free even if you use Globe. You're right in choosing to be connected always, BUT AvantGo has it's strenghts as it's not only for browsing. Check the AvantGo website.

Yes, I think we will be able to do so. Other AvantGo user are able to do so. That is the point with AvantGo. Otherwise we could use a regular browser.... So there most be a "new" point with this application. Almost 100% that this will work.

Hello, I was using mobipocket on my palm to read books. Just go my P800 yesterday, I've installed mobipocket reader on the phone. Works fine but when I install a book from mobipocket, it just won't work...Meaning: book installed and viewed once install fine but if i quit mobipocket and go back to it, it just wont find it....Any suggestion?

I have no problems with mobipocket & use it for books & other documents.
I have change the location of my Library file using P800 File Manager to d:\Media files\document\Library
Think it originally puts it on C: but not in the Media files folder.
Close mobipocket
Move the Library folder
Restart mobipocket
Select Library

I can't seem to get mobipocket working. Everytime I click on the web companion and add a local enews file, I get an error message saying "some errors occured while registering enews" and "web companion was not able to load properly. Please check the file name and that the file is the last version"
Any ideas? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I get this exact same error. Got no support from mobipocket so don't bother with it now.
