Good luck with the claim...let us know how you get on.
You should have no problems with Orange Care, I once droped my T68, phoned Orange told them I droped the phone had a replacement the next day...can't complain on that type of service!!

They sell replacement screens for around $137 USD. They are the cheapest I have found. I used them when my screen cracked. They also sell most of the case parts and accesories for the P800, including a replacement flip.
