justin: Really glad that u helped. I asked around & I was told that upgrading the firmware (i am still using R2e!!!) of my T68mi even without warranty is at no cost. I nearly wanted to upgrade the firmware myself (wasnt able to use MCA25 with R2e). I was told late last year that upgrading firmware of a non-warrantied T68 will cost.
