I'm wondering if you bought a car via EuroDelivery and took the car over to the dealership, would they hook up the Bluetooth or would it get snapped out out the car once it enters the US port.

Great question!

My car (coincidentally) was ED but I got BT last month (since I picked up in Munich in October 2002).

You could always pull out the BT module before shipping (it's not hard) but I would doubt they would see it in the rear of the trunk.
