Glad to hear it I had a similar problem, only on O2-UK.

Unfortunately my service provider is O2 Online, which makes problem resolution very difficult indeed.

I knew what the problem was, but had to dumb it down to get them to understand.

Luckily they have some good guys in High Level Customer Complaints.
