> T9 on P800 - When and if?

I have to agree.
I don't use the flip for the phone at all I think it looks soooo crap and makes the phone look like an over sized kids toy!
When writing without the flip I think they should maybe increase the jotter software ability. Mabe get it to intake full words that would really be cool, some of the Ipaq's do that.

Hmm i dont understand.
P800 has a touch screen why do you want to use T9 when you can write the word by hand? When you get use to the alphabet you can write much faster with the pen than with number...
Also its much nicer without a flip too..
I myself have a t68i but my brother have a had p800 since last summer and he has never complained about t9 or even said htat t9 is overrated for p800

well im a fast typer and its easy on computer when u arnt hitting the keys with a pen... lol
with the p800 it takes to long to type with the pen or by useing hand recon, and if theres an option for typeing useing the key-pad normal for typeing why not add T9?
i can type very fast without T9 but its even quicker with it!
and if i use the pen on the screen for hand recon the screen just get scratched....
(at the mo ive bought a brando but im sending it to my friend in usa and then he can send it to me. Since im in UK)

When walking down the street or are busy and want to send a text you dont want to have to get the pen out and start writing - T9 is the worst omission of a great phone.
