Not all of the phones have it!
I had about 4 T68's and only 2 had the logo!
And anyway the couriers don't even check !

I'm not subscribed to orange care or even have handset insurance. I went to CPW and asked for software update since i flashed my t68 to t68i there before. They were bloody useless as usual, all they knew was to get comission of u or something. So went to orange, the sales talked to someone over the phone. Then sent replacement by courier next morning between 9-1. I had the phone unlocked too, so that was worrying that they'd say no. The Orange sales told me to hand back ONLY the handset and charger. The courier man came to my door and gave me a new box, put my handset, charger and cradle in a bag and left. Didn't even take the old box. Funny thing was the courier was a from a 'car rental' company....

FYI,
The reason he got a whole new box is due to Orange's 28-day faulty exchange policy - unrelated to Orange Care. If he had bought the phone from CPW, they should have been able to do the same in-store ( you have to through the faulty diagnostic first) but they would have made sure all the box contents were returned.
What he has found is a glitch in the Orange system, whereby they diagnose a phone as faulty by a series of questions and before an engineer can look at it. Also, as has been said, the couriers don't care what you give them back.

With Orange if you can bear the stupid branding then i will swear that there aren't many other networks that offer the same services Orange do! (i can almost feel the flames already)
i have to say thanks! working for the big O and reading this forum i usually feel embarrased.. its nice to see that we do SOME things right.
(mind you we (internal customers) get treated like
cr@p... we have to wait for the public to have the first load of new phones, THEN we get them, there are only 7 ISUB agents and they work 9-4, its no wonder that i got my p800 direct from S-E..)

Been with Orange for 5 years now... apart from the odd Geordie dickhead at the call centre i must of been with them for some reason...
Always a great service/coverage.
The main annoyance is they are usually v SLOOOOOW with new phone models, but to their credit i emailed them about it last year and they called me the next day and asked me what i would like to see.
