I called up t-mobile for a upgrade and they offered me the p800 for free.

They said 329.99 - 99.99 - 230 = 0 Upgrade, all i have to do is sign for another 12 months.

May just have to get it from CPW as T-Mobile said they have not got any in stock.

Can anyone confirm that p800 from CPW are unlocked, otherwise, will just wait till tmobile uk has them in stock.

Thanks.

P800 from CPW is definetely unlocked as I've check this from time to time. It's actually comes with a trade in option for20 pounds with a 349.99 upgrade price tag.
Not sure if anyone realize, I seen it for 299.99 on The Link's april catalog. Check it out but I phoned them two weeks ago and today, they said it's not been launch yet on T-mobile. Weird because T-mobile's customer service told me today that it actually has been launched but they haven't got any stock at the moment.
I've been offered a 150 pounds rebate if I sign up for 24 months. How do you guys get it for free? Suppose I got to wait a bit still for the price to drop.

I got mine from CPW, i also got the £100 discount, and T-Mobile were out of stock, so i went straight to CPW. there it was rpiced £349, i said T-Mobile where doing it for 329.99 they matched the price and also added t-mobile's discount. so i ended up paying £229.99

Its an unlocked phone, bog standard, no customisation at all. Which means a trip to Ericssons wap configurator to configure the phone! but hey, no operator stuff on it!

Take care,

Janahan

"janahan" did you have a problem getting CPW to do the price match?

did they want proof?

also, when you mean bog standard... didnt the phone even have any preinstall mms messages, pictures, screen savers, logos, ring tones?

Thanks.
