with the upgrade, can you still view mp4s that worked with the r1d software, as in 160 * 120. is it still the same quality, and is it still the same display??

Just spoke to the engineer who has been on leave for a while until today. So he had to do a bit of catching up today.
Explained to him what to do & hopefully he will have the software downloaded to his PC ready for P800 upgrades today at the earliest.

Every time i speak to CPW they tell me that they will not be doing the training until May and that is when they will be doing the upgrade. Has anyone else had this problem? I am based in central London and none of the stores I have spoken to can do it.
