They better do it soon i want upgraded firmware for my cam and it's going to cost me £30, knowing my luck they'll release it the day after i pay.

Keep your T68i, it's a really good phone, but it's gonna be replaced, soon. For that reason, i don't think SE will bother to put java into T68i. Sorry...
