you assume wrong. CPW do all sorts of work under warranty just go and ask take some proof of purchase just incase.

All i can say is dont use the guildford cpw they suck, i have had several friends that have all had problems with this shop! if you love your phone dont take it there!

There is a SE Service Centre, Next Communications, in Southampton on the Millbrook Road where they flash P800's and P900's. Yes, it takes overnight but well worth it.

CPW = Waste of time!!! IMHO have had only trouble with them. STILL waiting for a replacement phone after they `lost` (more like someone stole) mine

Hiya Stan sorry to hear you eneded up with the same problem i had with cpw,did you read the last thread where i posted the ombudsman details for cpw(spit!) my p800 went missing back in december an its still to be resolved, shame on you cpw(spit!) they will never get another penny from me! and i let everyone know not to use cpw the company sucks!
