Thanks for the review Charly.

Can you tell me how the incoming call screen looks like? I really hate the way the T68i/T300's scrolls the caller name and number. Since the T610's screen is so big, does it show both the name and number simultaneously in two lines? And if a caller picture is used, does the name/number obscure part of the picture?

Thanks for your time.

Steptronic, loud enough to make my ears hurt, and i dont really know if both name & number is displayed. probably not.
What i can recall last time i got a call i saw the photo (wich i placed there myself) and the name of the caller.

You are right charly. The phone is ugly and does has a brick apperance .we are starting to see alot of faults with the t610 already, e.g hissing noise on speaker, crap build quality, screen faults. Not also is there these faults, the phone is also very very slow when navigating the menu.Much like the t68.also,The built in camera the t610 uses is not as good as the mca-20 clip on camera you can get with the t68i.

so your saying while the t610 looks good on paper, it is not actually that good and has many flaws? The only thing i am worried about is the speed, but if that is as bad as a t68i then bye bye t610, its not worth it. That please wait screen can stay on my phone for up to 40s at some points.

What are you spouting on about???
1. Hissing noise: not all units.
2. Crap build quality: Where? Like what? No isses there, build quality is top-notch.
3. Very slow: It's not at all like a T68. I've used both, and the T610 is FAST. So your "very very very slow" claim is a blatant lie, and pure MISINFORMATION FROM A PERSON WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT.
4. Camera not as good: True. The MCA-20 can take pictures at 640x480.

I'm confused. No LED? Shouldn't there be a LED on the joystick?

@gemini: It's not at all as slow as a T68i. It's very fast.
