If you do not see any connection logos in your tray, you probably do not have the actual phone manager software installed and they are not running. After you put your phone in the cradle, go to your programs and see if you have any Sony Ericsson program groups. If you do, try starting one of them. If you do not, install the software again.

Yay, i got it fixed, i un-installed the software and downloaded the new version and it works!
