You switch on or off to charge your phone?
If I switch on to charge, I found that the clock is normal.
However, if I switch it off to charge, the bar doesn't move at all......

Sorry, i don't have a t610 unfortunatly, i was just saying that the time display sounds like it is supposed to work the same way as a nokia 7650's.
