I agree with the poster directly above. I sent my phone to SE when it crashed irretrievably. I was told on the phone that the phones are always upgraded to the latest firmware when repaired. Mine came back to me with R3A, and the letter with it confirmed that they indeed upgraded the firmware as a matter of regular practice.

Does anyone know if there is something similar to Virtual Dynamix here in Canada? I have a p800 that I bought just when it came out and its never been serviced, but it works fine, as far as I know...what can the newer firmware versions do for me?
