i am very happy with t-mobile price wise because...
off peak minutes are after 6pm
customer services are free
you can use a free automated service to find out your remaining included minutes and messages, great for budgeting
I have no other issues with them at all.
i saw the t610 in the t-mobile shop today - no external branding, an optional theme (possibly not deletable) and the same shortcuts icon replacement as on the t-mobile T300

On Everyone 25 50 and off peak 200 it is 99.99
Freetime 750 and everyone 100 it is £50
and Everyone 200 and above it is Free
there is only a small amount of branding thats it

That's even better than Vodafone's £30 offer on their 200 minute contract...
I'm giving serious consideration to returning my phone to Vodafone and going over to T-Mobile.

how long did you have your contract before uprgading? did you have to pay an extra upgrading fee?

Networks all have good and bad points. Ive had the pleasure of all four over the years. CEllnet was the worst - I wouldnt touch them with a baregpole. T-mobile was good for me until I moved and could get no reception at all so I went to Vodafone which were ok but the service provider (CPW) wasnt that good. Customer service always seem to be closed. Anyhow I then moved again to SE12 and recieved no coverage in the middle of London! Vodafone tried to blame my phone which was crap as it happened to my gf as well and the phone worked fine everywhere else. Anyhow Im now on Orange with my P800 and they seem fine so far.
Regarding the awful Vodafone branding a software upgrade should remove all the branding. It did with my P800 on Orange.

If I knew that it would definitely be removed with a software upgrade, then I would hang on to it and be patient, but as there is some uncertainty about whether it will remove it or not, I have to decide on what to do now as my 14 day returns policy runs out on Wednesday.
No matter what I decide to do, it'll probably be the wrong choice.
