I tried my T610 with a HBH-30 yesterday and the hissing was there togheter with a lot of crackling noise. When my friend uses it with his T68i the sound is great so I wonder if something is wrong with my bluetooth aswell...

This's got nothing to do with 'comfort' noise, and i'll tell you why. Comfort noise is meant to be there to provide a background buzz whilst the line is silent. I get NO hiss on any of the T610's i've had (both voda & T-bag) while the person is not speaking to you over the line. The hiss only occurs when they speak, i.e. the speaker outputs some sound.
Thus i put it to you that there is an unintended induction effect causing the electrical interference to the speaker, or similar.

No guarrantees, and my opinion is my own and all that - but I think it's a hardware problem with both software and hardware solutions.
Resistors of insufficient quality/incorrect rating are causing electrical noise etc, or whatever the exact problem is. You can either
a) Remove & replace resistors, solving the problem at source
or
b) optimise the audio software to lower the volume of the hiss at the particular frequency affected, for instance. This is a bit of a 'get round' type fix, but would probably stop everyone complaining and be a quicker and cheaper solution.
As far as rumours go, i've heard that SE are going to do a hardware fix from some people, and that they are about to release a software fix from others - i don't know which is correct, but either way, any solution would be good. I'd prefer to have an experienced tech alter my PCB and fix it properly, but if a software get round comes along which does not adversely affect normal operation, i'm sure i'll take it.
