As i recall, when i used to write 160 char sms then enable the sms report it will still count as one msg
(I can't test it now coz my phone is as good as a tourch;

The latest firmware is called R2B.
it upgrades the phone to R2D or R2F depending on your location.
it upgrades bluetooth to R5A
it upgrades the organizer to R2B
it upgrades the CDA to R4A
(the cda is a customization file and may differ based on the carrier)
The firmware that ami6 quoted is the newest firmware for Vodafone customers in the UK.

just had my p800 upgraded. engineer who did it told me that R2F had been withdrawn cos of glitches and that he could therefore only do a R2D upgrade.which is what i got.as its apparently done online to se presumably se control what upgrade goes onto each phone.

R2F is not withdrwan.... but for some language versions R2D is the latest, it's probably one of these versions you have.

if you are correct then how come my p800 was upgraded to R2D yesterday?? surely if its done online to se then the se computer will automatically send the latest version?? any ideas?
