i have a DSC- P31 but i dont carry it around all the time as it is too big.

the whole point of an integrated camera phone is that u always have a camera at hand.

Can ur cybershot make phone calls & sms? No! My point is it seems dat we r not contended with wat we hav(i.e. P800). We want a phone with more features,such as the zoom or better pic quality,but havent u thoght of manufacturers buildng thes phones with all the consumer wants and ending up as a flop since no 1 cud afford it. We all have 2 admit dat the P800 already cost alot wen it was 1st released, even aftr 6mnths its stil d most expensiv phone.how much wud dat phon we want so much cost!? if the p800 already costs alot of money with its \"shitty camera\", then it would probably cost 2x to 3x more expensive if it had 1.3megapixel w\\ zoom digi cam in it. wouldnt it? then less people would buy it because they couldnt afford it. then it would become a flop. eventhough the integrated cam takes crappy pics, it still serves its purpose. for mms, backgrounds, and enjoying that once-and-a-lifetime pictures you took. the cam is there for fun not for professional use This message was posted from a P800

@terence, aqu4rius, Skrue and masseur- i totally agree with everything u guys have said. The cam is only meant for fun and convenience, not for professional use. If u want quality pics then use a proper digital cam, not a fone cam. :-D This message was posted from a T68i

The nokia 8910i is more expensive than the p800 and you don't get any thing with that! Any way is the mineral grey p800 more to your taste? This message was posted from a T610

@Aikonoklast

Sorry buddy to say this, but the subject you raised and the things that you wrote where unrelevant, confused and out-of-the-blue. So I came to the conclusion that one of the following cases are true for you:

- You where WAY too bored and therefore posted this topic
- You wanted to post something, but didn't know what to write
- You didn't even give a second thought on what your wrote
- You don't own a P800, and therefore you desperatly critise it
- You can't tell the difference between a fun-cam, one-use cam & a pro-cam

Or maybe all of them are true? I don't know what to say, but just that you compared your Cybershot with the P800 cam, was enough for me. I didn't ever imagine that someone would buy a phone like P800, T610, 7650, 3650, 7250, GD67, etc., to satisfy his hobby needs, such as photography.

I want the camera to remain there, and use it for what it's made for - Like MMS messaging.

By the way - I still can't believe you said that you expect such a version of P800. How about not having the touch screen and the pen on the side? It would surely make it thinner & slimmer. But then, it wouldn't be a smart-phone or a PDA anymore, would it? Hmmm...

PS. Yes, it would be nicer if the cam had better quality, and wouldn't be just for purposes such as MMSing . But then, your Cybershot would be useless, wouldn't it?

PS.2 Added to your Cybershot, get yourself a Tungsten/iPaq and a T610... They do everything that P800 does, but are slimmer. And then put all of them in your pocket...
