Got the phone delivered at 7.45am this morning from CPWH , now tried it at 11.00am after a charge of the battery.
It has the 03w19 under battery and firmware R1A and you've guessed it the damm thing hisses (excatly what my V200 sounded like).
Shame cause its a cool little phone.
Not sure to get money back or hold on for replacement ? Any advise ?

I think the only thing you could do is to return it... problem is that you will probably get another hissing one. maybe you could keep the phone for a maximum of 14 days (cpw 14 days return policy) and return the phone within that time and hope that cpw will get a new batch with hissing free phones...

We got about 1750 in stock now...
These havent been pushed out yet, 50 are available for Direct orders still...
O2, and Voda only....
Tmob, and Orange are supposed to be sometime this month...still no date though...
Dont know bout software version and therefore hissing and that...100 came in and then another 750 came in so we've had 2 seperate deliveries...
