all they have to do is to have a warning when deactivating increasing. So that poeple can change for them selfs.
Its all about options.
I wanna have the possibility to change everything that can be changed. I way not use it, but i want to be able to if i want.
So SE Fix this asap.
The loudest possible from the 1:st moment, and a silly waring if you change into that mode.

How hard can it be

Now listn. There are a difference between a softwae fault and a working software which differs from ones idea of how the software should be. The thing is that the increasing polys are a choice from SEs side and not a fault. Are downloaded polys also increasing? Try that first. This message was posted from a WAP device

As has been mentioned before, the increasing tone is to prevent ear damage. In fact, when set to the maximum volume, SE phones will beep first before the ring starts, and Siemens phones will vibrate before the first ring. Nokia phones don't use the earpiece to playback the ringtone, so they don't have the increasing sound.

The instant SE allows this to be disabled they'll be sued to no end by people with damaged hearing from ring tones.

We are here to say the their choice is a bad one, we know that they chose it.. and we now all their polyphonic phones are like this.. WE want them to change it.. it soo ******* irritating... And yes.. downloaded files are also like that..

If you are talking on the phone, and there is a second line, does the phone play the ringtone? if not, then i dont know how can it damage ur ear except if ur holding ur phone near ur ear 24/7 while its on standby!
