Still, synchronizing the 2 phone with your pc... it isn't recommed as you can damage some file or lose some files because you're synchronizing between 2 different phones.
the best thing is send your phonebook to your pc as a file and then tranfer that file to the other phone. the same thing with your calendar and notes, sound, themes, pix,... easy with IrDa or Bluetooth

Thats incorrect advice... I use outlook on the pc and I sync with my T610 and my T68i using the XTND version for the T610 as its also compatible with the T68i. I also sync with my HP ipaq and my wifes Clie. It all works perfectly fine.

With iSync on Apple Mac OS X it's simple.
Just Blutooth any phone to the Mac and synchronise the number and the contacts.
Did it with my T610, T68 and T39 last night at the same time - all now have the same phone book
