w21 and above are fixed, thats direct from se themselves.
if your phone is hissing and being w21 or above, youre too picky.

I've got 03W21 and R3A and I get some pulsating static sound sometimes. I've got no idea if it's the 'hissing' sound everybody is talking about though...
