my 64k sim card only supports 255 numbers.

and the worse thing is there's no way to recover those numbers from sims..
When i did a master reset and chose to copy them back. I ended up with several of the same contacts, taking 1 number each.

I have no problems whatsoever. When I upgraded, I lost my contact list and copied it straight from the SIM. It listed em all perfectly. If a person had more than one number, they just went into the same contact.

why is it that i can only view the numbers saved inside the phone instead of the ones simcard. btw, how do i view the numbers in my simcard anyway? and are the SMSes received saved in the phone or in the simcard?

If you're talking about se phone it saves sms and phone numbers in phone memory. You can store sms on sim card if you want it. As whiz said you can view sms numbers by pressin 1# or go to phonebook, advanced call from sim. This message was posted from a T610
