Thanks for all the above, I can now check my NTLWorld e-mail from my T610. Unfortunately, as the phone doesn't have any SMTP authentication, I can't send e-mail via my ISP.
Does anybody have an address for an 02 SMTP server I could use?

That IP works fine from my T610 with the 'mobile web' settings above. I can't see why it wouldn't work exactly the same on a T300...

lol, no, I definitely don't!
Just out of curiousity, how long does it take your phone to look up the server and check for mails? Mine seems to take ages -- about 30 seconds (okay, so that's not ages, but it does seem like a while).

Hi,
I have the same problem with my t610 using the dutch t-mobile.
I couldn't get it to work with T-mobile wap.
So I set up a free internet account, as it was suggested on sonyericsson.com.
After that I tried to set up my phone with the email-configurator on sonyericsson.com.
Without any succes.....
Is it possible to check my mail using WAP?
Or can I use any internet dail-up account on my phone??
I'm happy with my phone but i really want to email!!!
Thanking in advance.
