Ok.... I take your point... so let's extend that and give the original poster the
definitive answer!
As you correctly point out "you are still sending a message albeit by using an unusual function in the phone" so therefore, using other functions of the phone to send a message....
You could draw your message into a
picture using the phones in-built picture editor or take a picture of it on paper and send it via bluetooth.
You could create a
game in Java or Mophun that shows your message and then send that.
You could record your message as a
sound using "Pictures & sounds > Record sound" and send that.
You could create a
theme with your message drawn into it and send that.
You could put a message into an
address book entry and send that.
However, within the in-built "Messaging" functions of the phone, there is no facility to send a message via Bluetooth.
Personally I'd just
talk to the person as they'd only be a maximum of 10 metres away!!
Have I missed anything masseur??

Yep,u forgot about sending 'notes' for messages,and usually with more characters than a single sms,these are usually used for bluejacking. So u did miss something:-)

I think notes are only useful for Ericsson to Ericsson bluejacking, certain other phones may accept notes but sending contacts is more reliable. I could be wrong, mind...

Well most ppl who bluejack with notes have success with most phones,i bluejacked me mates 3650 using a note last week,he had to accept it but it works,had him confused for a few mins tho as it said 'big brother is watching you'! :-Dlol:-D
