thanks all. Ive backed up all of my info on email so I can just download it when the upgrade is done. Hopefully everything goes well today because CPW Edinburgh told me yesterday that 2% of all P800s that are upgraded have to go back to SE for repair. Who knows??

I'm going for R2F from R1D at CPW in Bristol Cribbs Causeway on Thursday. Am a little confused on how to ensure I can get all my data back (restore). Can someone post a foolproof method of backing the phone up and restoring it please? Also, are there any data items which I will lose regardless of however I back them up? I have a 128Mb DUO with tons of free space. Can I back up the phone to the DUO?
Thanks!

I think I've read somewhere on the Internet that the CDA is about the language version installed on the P800. Now my phone doesn't even have the CDA version anymore, because I formatted the internal disk using the service menu (Up * Down Down * Down *).
