its not

who put sp specific sw on the phones it is the networks - either by themselves, another contractor or they will contract outr

to do it
the actual customized menu design is all dealt with by sp and then implemented by whoever has the kit - some sp's do this themsleves with specific apps supplied by manufacturers
the original mial from

is right in a way that voda put it on there so voda take it off - but surely

help peeps shud know a sw upgrade can remove all that stuff ?!?!

Would it be worth having a word with Watchdog or local Trading Standards as I'm a getting a little sick of being bounced around between Vodafone and SE. It also suggests that the software on my Voda-locked T610 will never be developed.

Isn't it very obvious why

doesn't tell you how to get rid of something Vodaphone has ordered for their customers? Of course they don't want to make any business relations worse by doing things against Vodaphone behind their backs. If

will make any official unbrandings for Vodaphones customers it will of course be handled through Vodaphone as a middle hand between the customer and

.
