I'm using an o2 online PAYG sim - slightly different tariff to the normal PAYG. GPRS/WAP is free and you don't need any credit on your account!

If you have a very old genie tariff with unlimited sms o2 can be reluctant to activate mms/gprs unless you change tariffs btw genie = o2 online.

You can get all your settings from the o2 website. Also with \"o2high street\" you get free GPRS at the moment but they are working out a way to charge. If you want free GPRS forever you should buy a o2online SIM from http://shop.o2.co.uk/student for only 4.99 (you dont need to be a student to buy from it).
Hope this has been some help. Owen.

Thanks for clearing that up Ruff Rider and exodus m8s

off to get my o2 sim then
BTW genie sounds better than o2, so its acceptable that people would prefer to call it genie rather than o2, but what the heck, Who really gives a sh*t
