I talked to my friend at Cingular last night...she said her store got 1 in. After yelling at her for not calling me as it came in the door, I told her if it's a silver one, it's mine!! I'm going to have her charge it up all day today and pick it up in the morning. I have a contract with Cingular so I'll just be switching phones. And I'm getting $50 off for trading in an old phone!! So it will run me $149!!
Now I just need to learn all about bluetooth and WAP...new to me.

Dude, happy to hear you found one, and a a great price. You are gonna love it. If you talk on the phone and drive/work/etc alot you are gonna love Bluetooth. Useing a regular H/F headset is convenient, but Bluetooth just simplely spoils you. I bought a used HBH-10 (the same one Lara Croft uses in TombRaider) off Ebay for $35.00. Great investment. The latest one, the HBH-60, is alot smaller with better talk/standby time; but it's still over $100.00 new. I'll get one when the price comes down.

Congratulations on your new toy!!! (I mean phone):D

No the diffrens is in one of the frequency bands on T616 one of the bands are 850MHz


also the T610 has a longer talk time: esato phone compare T610 + T616

i think that is a type-o. if you ask me. how can the 616 and 618 have the same talk/standby time and the 610 be so much more? they use the same battery too.
