Knut G is right. No diff'rence between them except for the plymer to make them slimmer. The battery inside is the same.
I wish u won't provide info if u don't know what u talk about. And while u r to it, it is recommended by most of the specialists to top it over (whenever posible instead of letting it drain out!
Here's a thread u should read:

Lithium-Polymer batterys can be made much thinner then normal lithium batterys. So when they can put more power in a polymer battery of the same size of the normal lithium variants.

Phones with Polymer batterys are:

T68m and T68i
T300 and T310
T610 and T630 (and Z600)
P800 and P900

So Z200; T230 and less have normal lithium batterys)

Sony.Ericsson has a good reputation about battery performance becausqe of there polymer batterys. Other brands stays with there lithium batterys. (NOkia 6210 has polymer to)

Like i said, u shopuld read the link i posted above. It contains all the info u need and u can make up ur mind by yourself by reading that.
Other than that i am amazed how u guys worry about a damn battery as if u want ur phone to be up and runing for the rest of the Century! Get real!U won't have it in a year or two, so actually it doesn't matter if u run it flat or top it up every 2 hours! Jesus! Don't u have some REAL problems to deal with?!

Usually when the phone is fully charged (indicated by the Green LED instead of the Red LED, and batt not moving), is it adviceble to leave the charger plugged in or to unplug it immediately? This usally occurs for overnight charging.

just leav it on.. for overnight

For those who think its better to discharge em completely..

tihink twice.. if u plug em in charger every 1 or 2 days.. u get like minimum chargecounter for hmm 2 - 4 years..
u really want to sacrifice the comfort to hav a fully loaded battery for every extreme case out there, because u think u want to spare that batt or phone over 4 years..
go ahead:D

btw t28 had the very first lithium polymer battery as i remember..

it was like 1 -2 mm thick
