Not a problem, are you certain that was the problem? I know it was for me and I nearly took the phone back for that reason!

So shall I expect a cheque/check in the post for the petrol/gas money I saved you?

I had this problem a few days ago, I found out that the phone still though it was in hands free mode.... so i put the headphones back in and made sure that when i took them out it said Handheld an viola, it worked!
Worth a try!
