No problems here, apart from the mp3 player thingy, which I gather was a common problem.

I'd imagine you'd have to do some heavy twisting before wrecking it. My bro's t68i is still perfect after 9 months as is my t300 after 1. But then we don't do backflips while using it. I do dear standing on the strange connector tho, i leave it on the floor when not in use. I picture one of the clips breaking every otime i go near it with my feet. Horrible design, but in line with all the other peripherals. This message was posted from a T300

How many nokias can you swap chargers with, and how many can you dangle by the charging cable?

It may look strange, but the Ericsson charger is quite sturdy in many ways.

You won't catch me dangling phones by the charges wire, thats exactly how to ruin them. I'm pretty sure se wouldn't recommend it either. This message was posted from a T300

I had a t300 for almost a year, and i took it to work... droped it.. got it dirty... etc etc a LOT of times, and not once had i to clean the pins etc.

Guess its just the luck of the draw...

it stops charging then charges then stops then charges in a matter of seconds. I feel this screws up ,y battery big time, and makes it useless and suspiciously warranty does not cover battery.

i happened to dug up a very old thread here, and i must say that the quoted text above happened to me (my phone has the old port design). it gets really annoying when it happens, to the point that my cell hangs because of the 'optimized charging' screen won't go out anymore... now since there are 'new charging ports' from , can anyone say that the new design is better than the old one?

the new design is better, but it's still helpful to keep the contacts clean.
