@oli: did not delete them. Right after EVERY master reset (reset all) I get 627 kb free - I had to do this twice because I got the firmware rewritten in the hope i got rid of the freezes. If you let all the thumbnails in the my pictures folder load the memory drops to around 500 kb. So all you have to do is keep away from browsing the entire my pictures folder and you're set. It is my understanding that you were able to delete the predefined games using the 13 sec trick?

@judge : your comment is important. Master reboot gives you only 50 kb more. So it is not necessary to take the risk to apply a master reboot in order to win more memory. I supose that you have deleted as well the mms tempates which are big as well.
When you do a master reboot, the games are in grey mode afterward in the menu. They are listed but not "payable". I could delete it of the menu afterward. But anyway, I was happy after the master reboot with the fact that I could re-installed from scratch the GSM with my own configuration.
@skrue : Yes, it removes it. Somes games are available here : http://www.clubsonyericsson.com/en/resources.htm. But, that's true THPS4 is not there !

The 13sec method worked perfectly from the 1st time i tried it on my t310 i got rid of all those annoying predifined items and more space than before.
You just have to start the master reset and remove the battery at 13secs
It's easy like that

I have a T310 with R3B003 software version!I did,at first,a master reset and after that,I made the 5-sec trick about 500-600 times, continuously! And I ended up with 1040 kbs of free memory! My memory status after that:FREE:1040 kb,MY SOUNDS:14 kb,MY PICTURES:396 bytes,GAMES:4 kb,MMS TEMPLATES:41 kb,THEMES:0 b!And all the items that has been erased don't come back after a full master reset!!Actually,I have 1040 kbs of free mem!Try doing a master reset and pull out the battery at 5 secs, about 600 times! It works This message was posted from a WAP device

Poutsaras: bovine excrement... Try this do a master reset then without opening my pictures fill the phones memory with whatever, once it's full go to the memory status screen via the mms/picture msg menu then delete the blank pictures. It should work. I would like to find the app mentioned by SE This message was posted from a T68i
