The bluetooth in Israel will be legal only after the 31.10.2003. to enable BT in T68I you have to flash your phone with this frimware:R2B025
I used this with no problem(and I had Hebrew on my phone).
Sorry,but I still don't know how to enable the BT in the T610.

It is not working you need to hack into the handset software and disable Israel from the ignore list unfortunately I know it only in theory if anyone know how to do it I will be happy to learn
